Why I wrote this
I am not a teacher. I am a founder who made expensive mistakes and survived them.
I built 70 restaurants, a hotel, a company with hundreds of people. But the numbers in this document are not my wins. They are my losses. The €2M I lost by trusting without measuring. The €3M I lost by waiting. The years I lost by saying yes out of fear.
I wrote these ten laws the way I wish someone had written them for me at 25. Not to impress you. To save you some of what they cost me.
